White Chocolate Protein Shake
You know that feeling you get when you are craving something sweet; but you are trying to eat healthy? The craving won’t go away and you get to the point where you can almost taste the deliciousness in your mouth. Well, that was me this morning. So I decided to experiment. I dug through the cabinets and found I had some white chocolate sugar-free pudding mix. I don’t remember why I even bought it, but who cares, I found what I needed! I used this pudding mix to make my vanilla protein shake taste like candy! I blended together 8 oz of almond mix, 1 pack of P96 Vanilla protein mix, 2 tablespoons of white chocolate pudding mix, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 5 ice cubes to make this sweet summertime treat for myself!
Here’s what you need:
2 tablespoons White Chocolate sugar-free Pudding Mix
2 tablespoons peanut butter
8 oz Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
1 pack of 15 protein grams Vanilla Protein Mix
It takes about 2 minutes to make this amazing shake, but you better make extras because you won’t want to share with your kids!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Today I was craving a candy bar, so into the kitchen I went. After looking through my cabinets with no luck I decided to get creative. With only 100 calories and 15 grams of protein coming from the gluten-free chocolate protein mix this was a winner! I am so excited about how delish this turned out! Doesn’t it look yummy!
This is so simple and quick to make you will wonder where it’s been all your life!
You will need
- 8 ounces of almond milk
- 1 package of chocolate Chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons of fat-free sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter of your choice
- 5 ice cubes (optional)
Blend it up real quick and voila! You’ve got yourself a shake that is not only good for but is also so yummy!
