Hi, I’m Michelle and this the beginning of a new me!
All my adult life I have struggled with being over weight and the low self-esteem which is usually associated with being over weight. Can you relate to these thoughts? Am I good enough? Am I pretty enough? Am I skinny enough? Here I am, just turned 40 years old, and finally, over the past year I have begun to accept that YES, I AM ENOUGH! It’s not always easy and those moments of self-doubt do sneak in. This page is dedicated to all the other women out there who share my feelings of self-doubt and low self-esteem. I’m hoping to share with you the little changes I have made over the past year which have helped me chip away my low self-esteem, helped me with weight loss, and have helped me build confidence in who I am.
